Quotes.
It New Year Eve, and im damn slack in the office. nothing to do, so id decided to write some quotes on my calendar. The purpose is to spur him/her(one who gonna "inherit" my calendar) to persevere on. Oh well. thats what i can help him/her to survive in here. Luckily ive my colleagues and friends with me all these while. therefore i can do well here. im glad ive survived through it, and make impressive results. Surprise i did that, and thus, i will not underestimate my own and my friends' willpower and strengths.
so for different months, i have different quotes written on it. it goes like this:-
February : Strength does not come from physical capacity. it comes from an indomitable will.
March: The man who goes farthest is generally the one who is willing to do & dare.
April: If you care at all, you'll get results. If you care enough, you'll get incredible results.
May: God gives every bird a worm but he does not throw it into the nest.
June: Unless you're willing to have a go, fail miserably, and have another go, success wont happen.
July: In reality, everyone struggles with anxieties. The seed of happiness only blooms when one stays strong and never gives up.
August: A peaceful life does not mean a life free of toil and suffering, rather it means living without being swayed no matter what happens. This is a state of true peace and happiness.
September: "Thank You" is a miraculous expression.
October: Gold is Gold, no matter how muddied it becomes. The truth always wins out in the end.
November: When you think, "I cant do it. I need a break," that is the time to challenge yourself to keep going another five minutes. Those who persevere for even extra five minutes will win in life.
December(the slowest month of the year): Reality is harsh. It can be cruel and ugly. Yet no matter how much we greive over our environment and circumstance, nothing will change. What is important is not to be defeated, but is to forge ahead bravely. If we do so, a path will open before us.
From all this, ive learnt that we need to fight for ourselves. sometime, its good to be self-centred at times. not too self centred to the extent that you forgo the relationship that you have with friends and family, and in simplier term, with the people around you. but well. if you are a loser, you may not understand what id said, here and all of the above. not being harsh, just being frank. :)
anyway, HAPPY CHINESE NEW YEAR!!! oh my god. im sooooo excited. new year goodies, here i coooooooome!
